On February 8, 2021, the National Advanced Private Enterprises in Employment and Social Security and Caring for Employees to Achieve a Win-win Recognition Video Conference was held in Beijing. At the meeting, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions decided to award 92 private enterprises, 29 private enterprise trade unions, 32 entrepreneurs and 32 employees honorary titles. Zhong Zhengju, the deputy manager of the quality management department of the company, won the honor of "National Excellent Employee who loves the enterprise".
